"We're all just walking each other home"

Fourteen years ago marked the commencement of my journey towards healing, an odyssey that persists to the present day. Along this path, I've immersed myself in diverse healing practices under the guidance of trusted mentors, discovering that the process transcends mere personal determination. Rather, it's a collaborative venture with the divine, an intricate dance of evolution shared by us all. This sacred pilgrimage is one we each undertake and evolves over our entire lifetime. 

My approach is holistic, looking deeply at the convergence of mind, body and spirit and how  living in alignment with our True Self and purpose can be accessed.  I work with clients to cultivate self-awareness through identifying beliefs, values and goals and transforming outdated or unchallenged ways of expression into fresh and exciting presence filled moments that hold your hand and lead you down a path of purpose and joy!  My areas of deepest love to support with include inner child work, limiting beliefs and shining the light on our inherent divinity.
